ArboVe the name is formed from the combination of two root words: Arbo from arbol/arbor meaning "tree" and Ve shortened from verde/verdant meaning "green".  The combination of these two words is a reference to first, our company's mission of providing environmentally sustainable foods and second, the use of Spanish in reference to the Mexican tradition of Chapulines.
